Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return in accordance with this policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• the item is unused and in its original condition;
• all original packaging, tags, and accessories are included; and
• proof of purchase is provided.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Change of Mind Returns

We may offer change-of-mind returns at our discretion. Change-of-mind returns are not available for:

• personalised or custom-made products;
• gift cards;
• clearance or final sale items;
• hygiene or personal-use items where packaging has been opened.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise stated.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund where products are faulty, not fit for purpose, not as described, or do not match a sample shown.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with:

• your order number;
• a description of the issue; and
• photographs where applicable.

Where a product has a major failure, you may choose between a replacement or refund. For minor issues, we may offer a repair or replacement within a reasonable timeframe.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
